Get back in shape after the holidays with a total body work out using the ballet barre. Class will include toning and strengthening exercises as well as an emphasis on posture, lengthening and stretching – all in the classical ballet setting using the barres. Some floor and center floor exercises will be included.

Beginning November 14, Configuration School of Ballet in Williamsville will begin a 6 week session of yoga with Yoga Life Fitness. Learn more about this yoga program at www.yogalifefitness.com

Bring a friend to our studio, beginning Tuesday November 1. Guests will have the opportunity to see the studio, watch classes and sign up for a complimentary “try it’ class (to be held the following week!). Parents are welcome to watch the classes and should accompany students to the studio for the ‘try it’ classes!

Configuration Dance Theatre performs for Mass Appeal on November 18th. Billed as the Fashion Phenomenon of the year, the annual fundraiser for the Elmwood Village Association will be held at the Presbyterian Church on the corner of Lafayette and Elmwood. More information at www.elmwoodvillage.org

Configuration School of Ballet located in the Elmwood Village comes to the Village of Williamsville!

The highly reputable school and its acclaimed professional dance company, Configuration Dance Theatre, plan the grand opening of its second studio in a new location on September 13, 2011. Preparations are already underway for the school with its fully comprehensive dance program to open in a beautiful new studio space located at 5353 Main Street in the Village of Williamsville.
